Set on 320 acres in the historic Catskill Mountains of New York State. Surrounded by a national forest preserve, the retreat center offers complete privacy in a tranquil setting.
Our modern and comfortable facilities are an ideal setting for retreats, conferences and workshops. This woodland valley is an authorized Audubon Society bird sanctuary.
Our variety of meeting spaces and eco-friendly accommodations are designed to meet the highest standards of comfort within a variety of budget options.
Menla features a gracious 4,050 square foot main hall seating 300 persons.
The perfect environment for board and staff retreats, national and international conferences, and as a meeting place for healthcare professionals, teachers of western and eastern philosophies and similar groups.
It is also ideal for family reunions, yoga retreats and teacher trainings, literary gatherings, artists’ workshops and seminars.
Guests will savor the natural beauty of the valley's exquisite landscape and abundant wildlife.
Menla can accommodate approximately 90-100 overnight guests in a variety of housing configurations.
Deluxe accommodations in Inns, Chalets or private houses set in a secluded hill side.
Delos Inn, Hill House, and Mountain House feature rooms with forest and mountain views. Orchard is set in peaceful field.
The serene ambiance of the guest rooms — with organic cotton linens, down comforters, and modern tiled bathrooms — will make your stay a relaxing one.
Menla can accommodate 300 participants in the Conference Center with everything you need to produce a successful event, including audio-visual services and numerous breakout rooms, offering specialized service and a variety of budget options.

Our gourmet chef specializes in a wide variety of organic, protein-balanced vegetarian and international cuisine served in two dining rooms and an outdoor dining deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.
